Product Description
Kenya produces arguably some of the very best coffees in the world. Grown at high altitude on the slopes of Mount Kenya and in the Aberderes range they develop a clean, sparkling acidity that lingers on the palette. We select coffees that have an underlying blackcurrant note that compliments the citrus notes and medium roast them to best bring out the flavour. All the coffees we buy come through the Kenyan coffee auction system where higher prices are paid for better tasting coffees, rewarding cooperatives and farms for that extra effort.
