Colombia produces many different styles of coffee across its coffee growing regions. We buy coffee mainly from the north of Colombia where it has a silky smooth texture and subtle notes of milk chocolate. These taste excellent in the softer waters of Scotland and have a little more body than coffees from other regions in Colombia. Roasting the coffee on the dark side of medium brings out the full character along with notes of toasted hazelnuts.
