Whether you’ve just purchased an espresso machine from us, or you’ve had one for a few years and could do with a refresh, we aim to equip your staff with all the skills and confidence they need to use your equipment to its optimum, and of course, produce a great cup of coffee.
We focus on ensuring your supervisor understands the technicalities of calibrating the espresso machine, adjusting the grinder and how to care for your machine to ensure it stays in tiptop condition. We then turn our focus to the whole team. With a hands-on approach, we guide you through the espresso menu, learning how to produce the perfect crema on your espresso and foam milk correctly for your lattes and cappuccinos.
